Is there a special for the Iron 883?
The dealer is running a special this month but he won’t be able to test ride it because we are about to get hit with a blizzard tonight. He said if he does get it he wants the dealer to put black short shots on it stage 1 air cleaner and probably the race tuner.
How much torque does an Iron 883 add?
With a Stage one,, (breather and the CORRECT pipes),,gonna add bout 6 to 10% more torque at best,,again do the math.
Is there an Iron 883 Dyna Super Sport?
He is probably not going to get the Iron now anyway they have a 02 Dyna Super Sport there for the same price as the Iron and it has the 95 big bore kit cams and new chain tensioners and clutch it belongs to a mechanic that works there. As far as people not reading no big deal but it just seems to happen alot.
Which is better an Iron 883 or a dirt bike?
It depends on which bike he likes the best .. i wouldnt choose off engine size alone because he can always change exhaust, stage 1, stage 2, big bore kits, air cleaners ect to give him power. I’ve ridden both and they both feel like dirt bikes to me but to each his own.
