So after work today I went on some spirited driving and and finally hit the sweet spot of that Damn 70 mph vibration and surprise the vibration is all gone. I also did some nice rips up to 130 mph and my rig is solid and driving like it never did before.

1 pair of Outter tie rods, which the tech claimed had play in the front suspension with only 8k on the odometer. Had the Jeep aligned at least 6 times…. Fixed my issue… Finally the Lower control arms, which fixed my problem.
