How to replace rear main seal on Silverado Sierra?
Remove tranny, in my case remove clutch pack, and then remove the rear main seal retainer. The retainer has a gasket that would need to be replaced. Should be a pretty easy job for a shop with a lift. I had to do mine on jack stands which made it a little bit more of a pain. Something like this it may be better to have the dealer do it.
