Overall it’s a decent work environment, and the company tries to support the staff. There are pay limitations, and the benefits offerings are not the best. My team works remote, so that helps offset, for me at least. My manager is incredibly supportive as long as I’m doing my best.
Is it good to work at Randstad consulting?
Can work as much as you want and try new areas of work. Very happy working at Randstad all the consultants are lovely and helpful. Was this review helpful? Steer clear. The interview and onboarding process takes far longer than necessary compared to more reliable companies and the checks are ludicrous.
