Is it necessary to alignment upper control arms?
Even though the parts are “basically” the same, they are not exact. Newer parts will be tighter than old (less deflection and no wear), so will put the alignment into a different position. The only thing you are going to cause by not getting the alignment done is worn out tires.
How does camber adjustment take place in a frame?
Camber adjustment takes place with the upper control arm, a primary reason why control arms have such an advantage over spindles (this is discussed on the control arm page). Spindles do not have any effect (good or bad) on the alignment. So moving the upper control arm in or out (relative to the frame) is how camber is controlled.
Can a bad upper control arm cause a bad lower control arm?
Your wheels should be strong and securely fastened to the control arms. But if any of the wheels are wobbly, then it could mean that you have a bad upper control arm. You can test for this problem by jacking up your vehicle and trying to push the wheels with your hands to see which ones are wobbly if any.
Is it necessary to alignment a Honda camber?
Your Honda follows this approach. Castor and camber are fixed, if an alignment shows that they are out of spec, the indication is that something is worn, and can only be fixed by replacing parts with new ones.

When do I need to check my camber angle?
They can also return your angle to factory specification if your suspension has been damaged or parts have been replaced. If you are changing your ride height, it is a good idea to check your camber angle.
How big of a shim do I need for camber adjustment?
Place a 1/32 inch shim for every 1/2 degree of camber that is needed. Tighten the upper control arm and replace the tire. Lower the car and check the camber again.
