regularly run 30psi of boost on pump gas (even 91oct) and even more with race gas or meth injection. Now i know a lot of people will say that you have to remove timing to run more boost and you don’t make any more power but the fact is it works great on other cars.

20 psi is fine. its the boost spikes that hurt. you can max out a k03 on stock internals no problem, but controlling the spike is difficult because the turbo is a pea shooter. and yes it will diminish the life of the turbo, depending on how you drive it.
