Just Google Chrysler REC NAV repair. Some offer exchanges for refurbished items with your unit as a core or they can repair yours in most cases. Mine hasnt worked for 2 years now.
What happens when the radio screen goes out?
Then the Radio LCD screen goes blank, but the radio and the preset stations still work fine. Once the LDC screen goes out, the radio controls ont he stearing wheel will no longer change channels, but the presets on the radio will change stations.

Alll of your problems is being cause by the navigation driver assy module it is rigth behind the screen pull the top dash bezel off get the model number look on ebay has to be the same model number 4 screws and 2 wire pugs and your problems fixed for anyone with a blank screen with the back light dim on the screen.
What does it mean when your car radio stops working?
A while back it stopped working while we were driving. The screen went blank and the radio stopped working NO SOUND. We were still able to use the AC/Heat. Then it came back on.
