How to open fuel cap on jaguar xf?
Operate as follows:
- Press and release the rear of the fuel filler flap to unlatch.
- Pull the flap open. The label on the inside of the flap indicates the correct fuel for the vehicle.
- Turn the filler cap counter-clockwise to undo.
- Use the fuel cap storage feature to keep the filler cap out of the way while fuelling.
How much AdBlue does a Jaguar XF need?
The tank will need to be refilled with a minimum of 3.6 litres of DEF before the vehicle will start.
Why is the fuel flap on my Jaguar XF stuck?
The fuel flap on the XF as stuck closed. Tapped it a many times until it opened. The small locking lever won’t stay in the open position when manually pushed back. . Someone has suggested this will be fixed free of charge by Jaguar Main Dealers but obviously I’m not convinced. .

When you sit in the car and try and lock the car using the dash buttons – Nothing.. We have checked all the fuses and they are ok.. I’m reluctant to have any thing to do with going to a jag dealership as i’ve been poorly treated in the past (i will bore you on another post later on that one)

Is the smart key on a Jaguar working?
The smart key worked fine, opened the car and started it however, afterwards the car would not pick up the smart key.
