It seems that the clutch cable is too long (cant be cause it is the same one) To get the cable tight enough so that the adjuster at the handle bar is not at it slackest point, I have to screw out the lower adjuster out to it’s furthest point. But now the clutch lever is at its highest point as I look at it through the access hole.
