How often should you change the oil in a Mercedes-Benz ML320?

Same problem here. 2000 ML320 with 95.000 kms. Always changed the oil every 10,000 kms with Mobil 0w-40. Oil level is fine oin dipstick – but most days the oil idiot light comes on whilst driving (for about 2 minutes and then turns off).
