We booked online with Dolphin Magic. On the website it says to call prior to booking. We called, but there was no answer. We listened to the voice recording, which does NOT state to NOT order unless you speak to a live person. We went ahead and ordered our tickets online, arrived and were told they had a lot of walk up customers and they were full!
