How long does Sinp process take?
The SINP Job Approval Letter is a pre-approved authorization for an employer to hire a foreign worker through the SINP. Employer Services will assess each Job Approval Form to see if the job meets SINP criteria. The goal is to process Job Approval Forms within six weeks.
What happens after Sinp approval?
After you accept your SINP nomination, IRCC will invite you to apply for permanent residence. You have 60 days to submit this application. What is the process of SINP?
The SINP will enter the details of your nomination in the Express Entry system. IRCC will ask you to confirm that you accept the SINP’s nomination. You have 30 days to accept the SINP nomination in the Express Entry system. After you accept your SINP nomination, IRCC will invite you to apply for permanent residence.

As of September 7, 2021, the SINP is accepting another 578 applications through this temporary measure. The remaining number of applications to be accepted will be updated every Monday.
