How do you fold the rear seats in a Jeep Wrangler?

In my TJ I used to make the seats stay in the horizontal position by using a nylon strap. The seats want to “tumble”*forward. Use a strap or even a piece of rope to strap the rear par of the seat to the rear floor board (behind the seat in the “trunk” area).
