Go to Army AKO at www.us.army.mil. Select “ORB: Officer Record Brief”/ “ERB: Enlisted Record Brief” link under Army Links column on right side of the screen. Once forwarded to the ORB/ERB page, select the “view/print” button.

“My Board File” is updated from “My Record” on a weekly basis beginning 60 days before the board convenes and then daily beginning 30 days before the board convenes when possible. All updates should post to “My Board Files” no later than three business days after the submission.
