Why is the inside of my car window frosting up?

Not sure if anyone has actually read the Tsb for the auto window roll up problem, but the is a pretty easy fix to try, before taking it in for a motor replacement.. My window started acting up after i reset the battery last week, so was gonna take it in to get the motor replaced.

I dont remember off hand but I will post a tech note that I have about certain build dates that if one window auto reverses then you are to replace both front window regulators and now flash the door modules. Grand Cherokee and Commander vehicles that were built between 2-12-2007 and 10-3-2007.
