How do I factory reset my PAX?
Press and hold the power button to enter the temperature setting mode. Keep your PAX 3 length ways (oven to the right, mouthpiece to the left). Turn the PAX away from you 10 times. If you are successful, the PAX LEDs will flash 5 times, then it will be back to factory settings.
How do I pop out my PAX 2 screen?
Let the small amounts of liquid sit on the screen, in the oven for a minimum 30 minutes. Once you’re done soaking the screen, use a dry Q-tip to remove the remaining Isopropyl Alcohol or lubricant and dislodged buildup. After that a pipe cleaner should easily pop out your oven screen.
Why is my PAX not working?
Wiggle PAX around a bit on the charger to see if it makes a connection, or try placing it on the platform facing the other way. Also, try charging the device after you’ve removed the mouthpiece. If you continue to have problems charging your PAX, please send the PAX Pros a Support Request.
How long does a PAX last?
The length of a full charge is dependant on many factors including temperature settings, individual sessions and the amount of times your PAX is cooling and reheating. In general, a full charge could last between 5-10 sessions.
Why is my PAX flashing red?
Why is my PAX 2 Blinking Red? If all four PAX 2 petals blink red three times, followed by the device shutting off, the PAX 2 battery is fully depleted and needs to be recharged. It will take around two to three hours to charge. If the device is blinking and changing colors, you’re on party mode.
Why is my PAX flashing blue?
Your PAX has an on-board accelerometer (motion sensor). If the device sits still for 20 seconds, it goes into standby mode: a lower heat setting around 300F signaled by a pulsing blue LED. This feature saves your battery life and any material in your oven if you walk away.
What happens if you don’t clean your PAX?
Unless you regularly maintain your PAX by soaking the mouthpiece and applying mouthpiece lubricant, this will get more severe and your mouthpiece could eventually become jammed in place. The sliding ring that sits underneath the mouthpiece plastic helps latch your mouthpiece in the OFF position.
How often should I clean PAX 2?
We recommend cleaning your device with the included pipe cleaners and isopropyl alcohol every few uses to prevent any build up in the vapor path. PAX 2 can be cleaned in less than a minute. If you use PAX 2 regularly, we encourage a weekly clean for the perfect session every time.
How do I get out of PAX Era party mode?
When you shake your Pax in a circular motion, the LED will begin to flash a rainbow of colours. To disable party mode, simply turn off the vaporizer.

What happens when you take your lip off Pax 3?
When PAX 3 detects your lip on the mouthpiece, it starts boosting oven temperature up to and beyond your temperature setting to maintain good vapor production throughout your draw and quickly replenish the heat your oven contents lose during your draw. When your take your lip off the mouthpiece, oven temperature returns to your temperature setting.
