Why does my Honda CRV make a clunking noise?

The nosie is still there in the rear and sounds like something is ready to fall off. So how many exhaust hangers do i have to check on my Honda and even though I have had two sets of stuts put on my CRV ,the latest this march could it be i am getting play in the struts because the bolts at the top were never tightened properly.
