Why does my windscreen wiper judder?
When a windscreen wiper moves over a wet surface, the liquid will lubricate the surface and help the rubber to glide over the surface. Basically, wiper judder is mostly caused by a windscreen wiper and/or glass sealant that are too effective.

Why does my 2006 Laredo have no wipers?
My 2006 Laredo does the same thing and service department has no clue but says they will change out one expensive part after another until maybe it could be fixed but with no guarantee and at owner expense. They thought it was the ignition but that got changed out under recall.
