Why do I get a message on my Jaguar XK?
Have started to intermittently get the message below. Car is 2012 XK with 45,000 miles. Quick bit of Googling suggests that it could be one if a number of things including impact sensor (s), crash sensor (s), faulty bonnet airbag exploding thingy (s) and weak battery.

Where can I find the correct Jaguar fault code?
The only correct codes I’ve found are in the Jaguar documentation. Other sites have the wrong meanings and never seem to have proper causes so just use Jaguar’s own. (Why on earth would people not do???)
Can a Jaguar P1000 read no fault found?
So a P1000 can be read as “action completed” or “no fault found”. Other sources say to remove the battery cables and short them together for a time from a few minutes to up to three hours. The dealer usually shorts them for half an hour.
