Why does the boot show Open but actually closed?
Looks like i have a similar problem with my car… display on the instrument panel says “Boot Open” – then i cant lock the doors until i open and close the boot with the key blade to get rid of the message.. is this similar to the issue that you had? How easy was it to remove the rubber boot/pipe and how easy was the broken wire to find ?
