There is no mention of checking or changing the timing chain in the x-type maintenence schedule. The rear acc (PAS) drive belt should be changed at 100k miles the front acc belt at 150k miles (or 10 years).

When do timing chains need to be replaced?
All the X types (diesel and petrol) have timing chains which are usually good for 200K + miles. There isn’t a 2.7 X type. 188k miles and no rattles. I should hit 200k by the end of the year.
