Pull that plug and insert the allen wrench and rotate to unlatch (open) the roof latch. Pull the roof up to the latch then close the latch with the allen wrench. Once the roof is up and latched you will need to lock the rams for the rear quarter windows to close. The attached illustration of the ram linkage shows how to unlock them.
