What are the torque specs on a Hyundai Fixya?
I checked the chilton manual for these specs and it said that 10 ft. lbs or 14 NM was the spec but after I started to try to torque the bolts at this spec it just seemed that I was going to strip out the threads before I reached the specified torque setting. Is this information correct or not?

So I torqued the rear cams (the ones that go over pistons 1,3,5) down by 9 ft/lbs. Sure enough when I try to turn the cams with a 22mm wrench they wouldn’t budge at all. I’m glad I went with backing the pistons off a bit since I could of bent the valves again.
