Is there full heat on the passenger side?
No heat on passenger side full heat on drivers side? I have cold air blowing out my passenger side vents and heat blowing out my drivers side. This is with the heat on.

You do not mention your model but I assume that you have dual temperature controls and that the driver’s side is blowing cold air. If that is not true, then most of what I say is inapplicable. (No air at all on a manual control system implies a hose is disconnected.)

Could be a control panel issue. It’s most likely not anything related to the heater core since you’re getting heat on the passenger side. Just like thenaaks said, the door actuators might have gone bad. Small update. The max-cold air then switch to hot air did not work.

What should the temp on the passenger side vent be?
Flush for a minute or two then switch it to the bottom heater core tube and flush it the other way. I notice this white particle came out of the heater core as i flush it. Reconnect the original heater back and add coolant. While bleeding the system, the temp on both vent went back to spec at about 132 degree.

I get heat out of my driver side but its (guessing) 20 degrees cooler than passenger side. on cold days elow 32 degrees in ohio, I can’t even get the van warm to and from work thats an hour long commute. I’ve checked the blend doors and they work fine. the temp controls work by increasing and decreasing the heat or cold air.
