Dead sync system, radio and sceen is black on my ford explorer 2011. disconnection of battery and removal fuse #29 works at the beginning but nothing happen until a month. I want to check on tke sync 54 pins if it’s powered. IS IT POSSIBLE THANKS
Why is the radio screen blank on my Ford Escape?
I had sound, and could move the radio presets like normal but the screen is completely blank. I have no idea if it was related to giving a jump or not but that’s the only different thing that happened today with the car. Anyone else had this?

Why does my dash screen keep going black?
NOW – the screen is on but black.. slightly illuminated- I can tell it is getting power. I turn the vehicle off- remove the key and the dashboard screen stays on. the screen is on but black.. slightly illuminated.
