I think its held on by upwards of 100 lb/ft of torque. alternatively, if the pully is on the passenger side, and the engine when running rotates clockwise (I think all Hyundai engines do – not sure about the Mitsu motors though) you can use a breaker bar pried against the ground and crank over the engine, that should break the bolt.
