I’m having the exact same issue as you where regardless of the temperature I’ve set, the driver side centre vent, driver window vent and driver footwell always remain ice cold. The passenger centre vent, passenger window vent and passenger footwell all blow warm/hot air or any temperature I set.

I suspect the cold air coming out of the passenger side is plenty cold, which would not be possible with a freon leak. Before bringing it into the shop, check out the driver’s side air mix motor.
