Can you interchange Yumbox inserts?
Yumbox Original and Yumbox Panino trays are not interchangeable. While the 6-compartment trays may fit in 4-compartment outer boxes, and vise versa, they will not create a seal and do not have a perfect fit to prevent leaking or spills.
What do you put in a Yumbox?

Can you put yogurt in Yumbox?
Yes. Yumbox is a leakproof container. Yumbox’s silicone lid engages with the tray to create a tight seal keeping food contents in place, including wet foods like yogurt and applesauce (not water).
Can Yumbox go in the fridge?
Yes. Yumbox acts as an excellent storage container. The seal keeps foods fresh for days in the fridge.
How do you get the smell out of a Yumbox?
We recommend drying it thoroughly and coating it with baking soda. Leave it open like that for a day or two. The baking soda may absorb the smells. In general, be sure to empty its contents each day, hand wash with warm soapy water and thoroughly dry your Yumbox before storing.
Is Yumbox easy to open?
One easy to open and close latch makes Yumbox a perfect lunchbox, even for toddlers. The removable compartmentalized tray is divided up into 5 wells, each sealed independently by one lid (make sure not to overpack in order to seal!).
