Why do I not have access to my premium membership?
You are not logged in to the account with Premium Membership. Check your Order Status page. If you don’t see any recent purchases, you most likely have a different account with an active Premium Membership subscription. If you are unable to locate the account, please contact us so that we may locate the account for you.
What happens if my Premium Membership is deactivated?

Is there a Google account that already exists?
If you see the “Email already exists” message when you try to create or change your account username: You might have already created a Google Account with that username. Someone else might have already taken the username.
What happens if you don’t receive a payment for a membership?
Make sure the payment was actually sent by looking at your billing statements. If we didn’t receive the money, your membership subscription will automatically cancel within 10-30 days at which point you’ll need to purchase a new subscription. You may have accidentally created more than one account on sign up.

Can a new AAA member access the members only page?
Don’t expect to access the Members’ Only pages by entering your membership number in the user id box. Keep in mind that you cannot register as a new user, and therefore cannot access the Members’ Only site, until you receive your valid AAA membership number.
Is the user ID the same as the membership number?
Remember, your user id is not your membership number, it’s the name you give yourself as a registered user of this site. Don’t expect to access the Members’ Only pages by entering your membership number in the user id box.
