How do I access my PBS account?
To sign into the site, please go to www.pbs.org and click Sign In located in the upper left side of the page.

It’s possible you are logging in with a different email address and password than what you used when you activated Passport.
- Open the PBS app on Amazon Fire TV.
- At the left of the app go to the Profile menu.
- In the Profile menu, there is an option to Change Account.
- Select Activate Now.

You can view Passport videos just by logging in to PBS.org and local station sites from your computer, smartphone and tablet. What is my PBS account?
A PBS account is used to sign into pbs.org sites and the PBS Video app. A PBS account is required to use the Passport benefit, as well as access profile features such as our Watchlist, Favorite Shows, and Watch History.

Because memberships are retained at a local level, you must email or call your local station in order to cancel your membership. Most stations have a way to update your information or contact them at their website, so we suggest looking at your local station’s website for more information.
Why can’t I watch PBS Passport?
If your access isn’t recognized, you may be signed in with a different account. If you have accidentally linked your Passport benefit to an old account, or you wish to instead link your Passport benefit to a different account, you can change the account linked to your benefit using our Passport Reset Tool.
How do I remove PBS Masterpiece from Amazon Prime?
Need to cancel a Prime Video Channel subscription? Go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels and select Prime Video Channels. Find the subscription you want to cancel. Select Cancel Channel and confirm.
