Can I wipe out the Dawnguard?
All NPCs within Fort Dawnguard must be eliminated in order to complete this mission. There are eight in total: Agmaer, Beleval, Celann, Durak, Florentius Baenius, Gunmar, Isran, and Sorine Jurard. It is not required that you kill the Dawnguard members patrolling outside the Fort.

After the Dawnguard questline, if you’ve sided with the Dawnguard faction, you can sell the Sun and Blood scrolls to Dexion for 6,000 gold. If you sided with the vampires, you can never remove the scroll from your inventory (see notes).
Can you do both the vampire and Dawnguard quests?
To answer the question directly, No you may not join the dawnguard if your a vamp already. But once you finish all the side mission and main quest and you still want to become a vamp Lord, by all means go right ahead.

Do you have to kill Isran to destroy Fort Dawnguard?
