Why is my carb overflow leaking?
If gas is pouring out of the carb overflow, then the most likely culprit is the float valve is either stuck open or has some debris preventing it from closing. Your carb will have a float in the bowl that rises with the level of gas in the float bowl.

So my 2005 foreman 500 is dripping gas from the carb overflow. I have changed the float and the needle valve and cleaned all the jets and seals are good. All the air vents are free. Short of replacing the entire carburetor can anyone reccommend something else to try.
