Are ILVE stoves any good?
It’s just more fun. The ovens are very reliable (plus, the small one has a rotisserie!). Our model of ILVE range has a large oven and small side oven, which is nice for when you’re wanting to cook things at two temperatures. But the side oven is great and even has a rotisserie.
Who is ILVE made by?
ILVE founded in Campodarsego, near Venice, by two Italian friends, Mr Illotti and Mr Berno. Using their manufacturing skills they develop commercial quality cookers for local restaurants as a way of indulging their passion for fine food.

Each new ILVE appliance comes with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. To be eligible for the 5 year warranty, you simply need to register within 90 days of your purchase at www.ilve.com.au and Eurolinx Pty Ltd (trading as ILVE) will extend the manufacturer’s warranty to 5 years, free of charge.
How does an ILVE oven work?
Always preheat your ILVE oven to at least 175oC before placing food in it. To do this use the Quick Start mode (Mode 9) on your control knob. Set your oven to 175oC, after the oven has reached temperature, indicated by the temperature light turning off, you may then switch the oven to your required mode.

How do I set my ILVE oven?
To Set or Adjust Time: To enable use of your ILVE oven, you must first set the clock to the correct time. Press both pot buttons simultaneously and then to adjust the time, press either the plus or minus – + button accordingly.
How do you turn on an ILVE oven?
To turn on the gas oven open the oven door. Press the temperature knob in (B) slightly and turn anticlockwise to 250°C, then press the knob in fully for approximately 15 seconds. This will heat the thermocouple and allow the gas to flow through.
