Do You Make Your Socks the same size as your feet?
An important thing about socks is that if you make them the same size as your feet (or your boyfriend’s feet) they’ll be too big. Socks need to be 10-15% smaller than the feet in order to fit properly (this is called negative ease). My first socks are perfectly the same size as my feet and they’re loose and weird.
Do you need DK weight needles to knit socks?
