What can citizen advice bureau help with?
Citizens Advice service’s work involves providing advice on issues such as debt management and welfare benefits, housing, immigration and asylum, employment, consumer complaints and landlord-tenant disputes.
Are calls to Citizens Advice free?
Citizens Advice will not charge you to call our national phone service or consumer helpline, however your service provider might do. Calls to our national phone service and consumer helpline are free from mobiles and landlines. Calls will also be charged if you don’t have a call package with your provider.
