Schedule. The Polar Bear Express operates a reduced schedule in response to COVID-19 departing Cochrane at 9 am and arriving in Moosonee at 1:50 pm. The train departs Moosonee at 5 pm and arrives in Cochrane at 9:45 pm. Train service operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
