INSERTION INSTRUCTIONS A red dot or ‘R’ for the right ear, blue dot or ‘L’ for the left. With the earpiece rotated slightly forward, place the canal portion into your ear canal. Pulling up on the top of your ear with your opposite hand may ease insertion. This straightens your ear canal slightly.
