How do you get into the Staples Center?
By entering STAPLES Center, you agree to follow the current California Department of Public Health Guidelines for Indoor Mega Events. All guests age 2 and over are required to present either proof of full vaccination (two weeks since your final dose) or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event date.

Why is it called staples center?
It was financed privately at a cost of US$375 million and is named for the office-supply company Staples, Inc., which was one of the center’s corporate sponsors that paid for naming rights. The arena opened on October 17, 1999, with a Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band concert as its inaugural event.
