Where is the Codex page in London?
The codex page in Ledecestre is hidden in the Ratae Bureau, below the settlement. You’ll find the entrance in the northeastern corner of the area, in the tower ruins. Shoot the rope to drop the big load of rocks onto the boards, so you can drop down and get inside.

Select your hidden blade, and counter attack with it to kill them. When they are dead walk in and loot the codex page. There are four guards guarding this codex page. If you look around a bit you will see a group of courtesans near by. Hire them and use them to distract the guards. Then walk in and loot the codex page.
Are there codex pages in the treasure maps?
The treasure maps don’t show the codex locations… just the standard treasure boxes. I happened upon two codex pages by accident before I even met “the plot important guy”*, and checked my minimap to see if they showed up with the treasures.. they did not.
