You can go to any BPI ATM and do the following:

  1. a. Choose language.
  2. b. Select “Change PIN” from the ATM Menu.
  3. c. Enter new four-digit PIN twice.
  4. d. Enter pre-assigned PIN found in your PIN Mailer.
  5. e. Wait for the confirmation that PIN has been successfully changed.
