Will Eligard side effects go away?

Are Lupron and Eligard the same thing?
It’s usually injected in the stomach area, buttocks, or back of the upper arm. Lupron Depot is an IM injection. It’s administered in a muscle and is injected deeper in the body than Eligard. Lupron Depot is injected in the buttocks, hip muscle, outer thigh, or outer part of the upper arm.
Can you drink alcohol with Eligard?
Other drugs may interact with leuprolide. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before you start taking any new drugs. The drinking of alcohol (in small amounts) does not appear to affect the safety or usefulness of leuprolide. Leuprolide may cause sterility in men and menopause in women.
Does eligard cause itching?
A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, get medical help right away if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

SIDE EFFECTS: Hot flashes (flushing), increased sweating, night sweats, tiredness, swelling of the ankles/feet, increased urination at night, dizziness, or mild burning/pain/bruising at the injection site may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

ELIGARD® is used for the palliative treatment of advanced prostate cancer. ELIGARD is a prescription medication that must be administered by a health care professional. ELIGARD should not be used by anyone who is allergic to any of the ingredients in ELIGARD or to any similar drugs.
How long does it take for Lupron to wear off?
When do the effects of Leuprolide acetate go away? The effects of Leuprolide acetate will decrease after you stop taking the medicine. If you’ve been getting Lupron® every 3 months, your period will usually return within 4 to 8 months after your last shot.
Does ELIGARD raise blood sugar?
ELIGARD may also affect electrical activity in the heart that can cause an irregular heartbeat. Your doctor will monitor you for heart conditions. Elevated blood sugar and an increased risk of developing diabetes have been reported in men receiving ELIGARD.
