How long does it take to go through Big Bear Zoo?
It’s a small zoo. We spent a few hours by making it to each animal demonstration (which I recommend by the way) but if you are just walking around and looking then I’d say 1-1.5 hours. over a year ago. Honestly you could do it in an hour, but call for times to see when they are showing specific animals.

Most of Big Bear Lake has tested safe for public use, however recent testing by State and Regional Waterboards have shown the presence of harmful bacteria in a sample collected in the Stanfield Cutoff area. Because algae can grow or move locations, it is advised to use caution in all areas of the lake.
