You have automatic climate control. If you set the temp to anything but “HI” it will not blow out max heat. It will blow very warm, but once it reaches close to the desired temp it starts to go down, then hardly blow heat at all, just enough to keep the interior at the set temp. Turn your temp control to “HI” and leave it there.

Google these parts: driver’s side is: 79160-SDA-A41 passenger side is: 79170-SDA-A41 It was easy to find a fix video on YouTube, only took 30 minutes. Basically have to remove the trim, need a short philips screwdriver and a basic ratchet set.
