Where does M11 start and finish?
Route. The M11 starts in north-east London at the North Circular (A406), heading north to the M25 and then passing to the east of Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford and to the west of Stansted Airport, ending at a junction with the A14 to the west of Cambridge.

Is A11 dual carriageway?
The A11 formerly went through Newmarket; that stretch is now the A1304. The Newmarket bypass, opened to traffic in July 1975, is a dual carriageway. The western end is the A11, but most of its length is a multiplex/overlap with the A14. The A11 re-appears north-east of Newmarket, and remained a dual carriageway.

The new parking area is set to open later in 2021. Shell were granted permission to build six IONITY electric vehicle charging bays next to their forecourt in April 2021. These would be in addition to the four already available in the main car park (and two which aren’t in use).
