Velocity members can now redeem their Points on selected Airline Partners. Available routes and travel dates vary by airline.

Business Class Guests and Velocity Gold Members travelling on V Australia can now access Air New Zealand’s Koru Lounge at Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne International Airports. Business Class Guests and Velocity Gold Members are also entitled to have one guest accompany them.

Velocity Points cannot be transferred to Flybuys. All members of our Flybuys household are Velocity Frequent Flyer members. Can we link our Velocity accounts to our Flybuys household membership? You can only have one Velocity Frequent Flyer membership linked to your Flybuys household at any one time.
Can I transfer velocity points to a friend?
Simply log in to Your Account and click on the ‘Points Transfer’ button on the left hand side of your screen. Then, simply ensure your transfer is to an eligible family member and is a minimum of 5,000 Points, but no more than 100,000 Points.
Can I transfer Velocity points back to Flybuys?

Should I link my Flybuys to Velocity?
Yes, we believe in most cases it’s worth transferring flybuys points to Velocity if you have travel in mind and can find the reward seats to redeem it on, especially for Business and First class flights.
