Why is my OBDII not connected to the DLC?
Re-probed all the fuses (basically retraced all my steps from last night) and still no power. Nothing changed, hell nothing moved from the time it worked to this morning and it didn’t. There are 5 wires at the DLC you should check.
What to do if no communication through OBD connector?
If non-communications persist then do this: If this all checks out good, then you will have to verify all power and ground circuits AT the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connector and verify continuity on the wires between the data link connector and the PCM. Which is the correct fuse for the DLC?
Yes that is the correct fuse. You can save a lot of time by checking for power at the #16 pin of the DLC. If you have power there you don’t have to do anything else with the wiring or the fuse block There was no fuse in the #9. It works now.

TIP WHEN YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT THE VOLTAGE READING Get hold of a wiring diagram first so you will know what pin at the DLC is working.
