Why does my Honda Accord engine light disappear?

As of october 6, 2015, the car is about 2 years old and has approximately 37,447 miles. The vehicle started having intermittent starting problems. The engine does not crank and all i hear are clicks. It takes 3-5 ignition attempts for the vehicle to start. Sometimes it will start on the first try.

This one came in today with a check engine light on and a complaint of running rough and won’t accelerate past 30MPH. Checked the codes. Some misfire freeze frame.
What kind of motor does an Accord EX K24 have?
I have a 2006 Accord EX K24 motor 2.4L 4cyl that will crank all day long but will not start, bought it off of a friend thinking it was a sensor, when she had it it developed a long crank then eventually start now it wont start at all, I have replaced Crankshaft position sensor and both Camshaft position sensors, all 4 coils and plugs.
