How long does Arts Council funding take?
Your initial payment request will be available in your Front Office after we have reviewed and approved your Offer letter acceptance. This will usually be around five working days after you submitted your Offer letter acceptance to us.

How do I submit my bank details to Arts Council?
At the Applicant dropdown at the towards the top left of the screen, select your applicant name. At the Applicant Project Name dropdown at the top centre of the screen, select the Submit Bank Details option which is followed by the project number of the offer you have just accepted. Click Filter.

Do you pay back Arts Council grants?
At the end of your project you may identify that your activity income is greater than activity expenditure. Your grant comes from public funds, and if the figures in your Activity report form show that you have made excess income, we may ask for you to pay back all or part of the grant.
Can you apply for more than one Arts Council grant?
If you are currently in receipt of a Grants for the Arts award, you cannot make another application unless you are up to date with meeting the conditions for your earlier grant. You must meet any overdue conditions before you apply again.
How can a performance venue receive funding?
When it comes to theatre funding, the majority comes via the Art Council England and the Lottery. ACE provides funding on a national basis, supporting theatre that serves communities and is targeted for specific audiences.
