Are quests missable Nier?
Yeah. That is true unfortunately. You won’t be able to do them anymore unless you start over completely on a new game. Even within part 2 (where MC is older) there is at least one quest I know is missable if you continue too far in the main story.
Should I complete all side quests in Nier Replicant?

This choice isn’t actually a choice, as it turns out. If you choose to “do nothing and be annihilated” you’ll be chastised and nothing will actually happen. You can’t advance the story by doing this, as… you know, you’d be dead. If you do choose to do nothing, you’ll simply be forced to petrify Kaine anyway.
