Why are my front and rear windows not working?
All 3 non-driver side windows do not lower from the driver side door controls. In addition, I tried the front passenger window switch as well and that didn’t work either. The driver’s window control works perfectly. I have not tried the rear windows from the rear door controls.

The red / light blue is a different story. That is the 12-volt feed only for when the passenger switch is pressed. It is not used when the driver’s switch is pressed. This is why I suspect you have two problems, since the window doesn’t work from either switch.

Is there master switch for passenger rear window?
Master switch rolls down all windows except passenger rear. And all windows roll down with their dedicated switches. Looking for wiring diagrams for if anyone can tell me what wires to test with a test light that would be very helpful. have the same problem? If you have some switches from a salvage yard, trying different ones is the fastest test.
